Week 38 Challenge - Chocolate Chips

Amount needed is based on family preference. Shelf life is approximately two years but if stored in a freezer they can last 4-5 years. Over time, the chocolate may get a whitish coating on the outside. This is the result of the cocoa butter rising to the surface. This does not affect the quality or taste of the food. These definitely qualify as a "psychological food".
