Week 8 Challenge - Powdered Milk

Amount needed per person is 300 quarts. You can purchase this at the dry pack cannery among other places. This works better if mixed half and half with fresh milk. The shelf life of dry pack  powdered milk is 30 years.

Question:  How many quarts do you get out of a #10 can?
Answer:  On average you get 10 cups out of each #10 can.
